Usually people go through Job Development to get a job, but sometimes a really good job comes up and you haven’t gone through all the usual steps to get it with the supports you want. That’s okay, there are ways to get you that job, you don’t have to miss out. If you think you are the right person for a job and you’re ready to work, you can always talk to someone at Sunshine, your Service Coordinator or Personal Agent, or Vocational Counselor about this; we will help you the best we can.
